• Basic Life: Available in flat amounts, multiples of salary or by job classification
• Supplemental Life: Enables employees to buy more life insurance than the Basic amount provided by the employer
• Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D): Covers loss of life or injuries sustained in an accident (subject to limitations)
• Dependent Life: Covers family members

Life Insurance Value-Added Services

• Beneficiary Services:  Provides beneficiaries with grief/loss consultation and financial/legal assistance by phone

• Will/Trust Preparation: Access to online, self-service will preparation tools and information
